Refund Policy & Conditions of Sale

1) Full refund within 7 days upon return and inspection of the item by Stephen Fortner Goldsmiths.
Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (other than by Stephen Fortner Goldsmiths) or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.

2) All items returned to Stephen Fortner Goldsmiths must be sent via UPS or Federal Express and insured. All items to be returned must have a return approval code which is issued by Stephen Fortner Goldsmiths before returning. Returns with no Stephen Fortner Goldsmiths return code and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will not be accepted.

3) All items sold through Stephen Fortner Goldsmiths website shall be shipped out within two business days via UPS ground.

4) No item will be shipped out to an address, other than the credit cardholders address, no exceptions.

5) No items shipped to post office boxes.

6) Orders that are paid by personal cheque or money order, will be shipped out, upon clearance by merchants bank.
